Daniel Telfer
Director – Manager – Facilities Service Delivery
Daniel holds degree-level qualifications in engineering and law and has over 20 years’ experience across engineering projects, building and facilities management, and real estate agency management.
He brings a strong strategic and governance-focused perspective to the business, drawing on his engineering and legal background to guide decision-making, risk management, and long-term operational planning across our facilities management and real estate services.
Daniel has served as Secretary of the Owners Corporation for a commercial building in Melbourne’s CBD since 2008 and has worked through a number of significant issues faced by the Owners Corporation. The strategies developed during this time achieved strong owner support and successfully resolved those issues, and have since been applied to benefit other Owners Corporations engaged with MCBDFM.
Lachlan Vella
Director – Manager – Real Estate Service Delivery
Lachlan is a highly experienced building manager and real estate agent who has been instrumental over the past 15 years in refining processes, operational practices, and capabilities across our facilities management, concierge, cleaning, and real estate service lines.
He is the Officer in Effective Control of our real estate business and played a key role in implementing integrated practices across facilities, concierge, cleaning, and real estate management services. This has resulted in more effective and efficient resolution of tenancy and owners corporation matters.
Lachlan brings a strong practical understanding of building operations, tenancy management, and compliance requirements, allowing issues to be identified early and resolved efficiently. His experience across both facilities management and real estate ensures a coordinated approach to managing day-to-day building matters, tenant relationships, and owners corporation obligations, resulting in smoother operations and better outcomes for all stakeholders.
